We are the Williams family—Brian, Heather, Tyler (8) and Levi (4). Heather and I have been married for 18 years. God has given us a heart for the people and land of rural Alaska, and we want to show those in rural Alaska the love that God has shown us all these years.
In 1996, my grandmother, who was my example for Christ at a young age, brought me to Alaska to visit my pastor uncle at age 11. While I did not see it for many years, God used that experience to plant a seed in my heart. God gave me a heart for the land of Alaska. Heather and I moved to Alaska in 2014 and lived in Fairbanks, Tok, Skagway and Anchorage. God used those four and a half years to draw us closer to Him and helped us to grow in our faith. We moved back to Georgia in 2018, after Tyler was born.
Now, God has called us back to Alaska with our children. Brian is endorsed by the North American Mission Board as a Lead Church Planter and our family was sent to Alaska in June of 2025 by Hopewell Baptist Church in Gainesville, Georgia. We are excited to see what God does through this calling.
